Availability will depend on the day, time of year, number of riders, weather, private session schedule and other commitments. Booking may be subject to a minimum purchase amount. Group photo $399 package Ts & Cs:

Purchase of the group photo session package ensures ride coverage at least once during your stay.

This is a group session - Photographer may photograph other families during the group photo session.

Photographer is not responsible for persons not present during agreed coverage time.

Coverage of your ride is weather permitting. Rescheduling my be necessary.

Your will be refunded in full if photographer is not able to attend at least one of your rides during your stay.

Delivery included for US only - International delivery costs will vary

*Smaller photo packages may be available at the ranch during your stay (without pre-booking photographer) but photographers schedule is not guaranteed. Complete the above contact form to find out about Charlotte's schedule.

Complimentary Portrait Session:

Session date is not reserved until contract has been signed by the participating person(s)

Session is subject to availability and photographer's schedule - please plan ahead and contact us ASAP!

If we are unable to photograph your private session during your stay, you will be issued a certificate (valid for 12 months.)

No cash alternative or refund available for unused certificates / sessions in whole or in part.

Complimentary portrait session certificate does NOT include and prints, products or digitals from your portrait session
