STEP 2 - ENJOY YOUR SESSION
DURING YOUR FUN-FILLED PORTRAIT SESSION WE WILL CAPTURE A VARIETY OF IMAGES OF YOUR DOING THEIR THING AND JUST BEING THEMSELVES IN ONE OF MANY BEAUTIFUL LAKE country LOCATIONS.
STEP 3 - TREASURE YOUR ART
CELEBRATE YOUR SPECIAL DOG EVERY DAY WITH BEAUTIFUL, ONE-OF-A-KIND, CUSTOM HEIRLOOM ART - AFTER YOUR SESSION, TOGETHER WE WILL Select your favorite PORTRAITS to display on your walls at home.
THE LAKE DOG PROJECT BOOK IS SCHEDULED TO BE RELEASED IN THE FALL OF 2024 AND WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE AND LOCALLY. ALL DOGS ACCEPTED FOR THE PROJECT AND PHOTOGRAPHED WILL APPEAR IN THE BOOK, ALONG WITH THEIR UNIQUE STORY.
All session options are designed to create stunning artwork for your home and include assistance with planning, virtual portrait reveal & art design consultation to select your favorites, and plan where your new portraits will live.

Here at Charlotte Detienne Photography, we believe in giving back to the community in meaningful ways. That's why we're incredibly honored to partner with the Oconee Regional Humane Society (ORHS) for the Lake Dog Project. ORHS isn't just another animal shelter; they're a sanctuary of hope and transformation. They’re dedicated to reducing pet homelessness and helping pets and their caregivers have the best quality of life. Their programs of rescue & adoption, pet food distribution, low-cost spay/neuter, education, training, and financial assistance for medical treatments are how they improve the quality of life of our pets and our community. With a very limited staff, they utilize more than 150 volunteers to help run the shelter and programs. Remarkably, they achieve all this without any government funding, relying solely on the heartwarming generosity of individuals and corporations.
For every Lake Dog photographed, we will make a direct donation to ORHS, as we celebrate our Lake Oconee community and the boundless love and joy that our furry family brings into our lives!

The focus of the Lake Dog Petite Session will be on your dog. However, most of our clients like to use their dog's portrait session to have photos done WITH their dog and/or update their family portraits so the Whole Pack Portrait Experience is by far the most popular choice. If you’d like to include more than one dog and/or be in the portraits too, you will need to upgrade to The Whole Pack Portrait Experience or The Ultimate Lake Dog Collection.
Your registration retainer does not include artwork, digital images, or a copy of the book unless otherwise specified as "Art Credit" that can be used towards the purchase of Wall Art, Albums, and Portrait Collections from your session.
